Noël is remarkably knowledgeable and is a very caring, thoughtful and patient teacher. She has such a pleasant, soothing style of teaching that makes all students feel comfortable and helps each individual reach their goals. Yoga classes with Noel are highlights of my week and I do everything possible not to miss one.

I have been practicing yoga with Noël for almost two years and it has turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. I would have never considered doing yoga but at the time recovering from elbow tendinitis I was feeling very down and out so I decided to give it a try. I wanted something challenging but easy to follow and under her expert guidance I progressed from tight and injured to now moving better than I have since high school. Yoga started as a temporary activity to pass the time but thanks to Noël's patient teachings it has become a staple of my overall wellness routine. Thank you Noël.
Noël brings her enthusiasm for yoga into every class, and her joy of teaching shines in her welcoming and friendly approach. I joined up with Noël’s virtual yoga classes as a stop-gap until I could attend “real” yoga in a studio again. I have found the on-line classes to be even better!
Noël keeps the class size small and asks everyone how they are feeling at the start. She offers accommodations to allow all of the students to participate. With a range of on line classes, some more active, some less, you will find a class to suit any need.
Personally I have noticed greater range of motion, flexibility, and balance since taking the classes and always leave the class feeling emotionally relaxed and physically energized.
