Hi everyone and welcome. I’m glad you made it to my website. I am passionate about my work and my work is a part of how I live on a daily basis. That is why I want to share my work with you!
Feeling good is our body’s natural state. Our bodies do NOT like feeling unwell or unbalanced. Once I discovered yoga, then a few years later, Shiatsu (acupressure), then another year later, acupuncture, I knew I would practice these medicines the rest of my life. Since my first yoga class at University in 1985 to my first yoga studio in 1993, and since graduating from Tri State College of Acupuncture in NYC in 1999, I have never looked back! My goal is to provide you with individual wellness plans tailored specifically to your needs. Once you feel better, we will continue to adjust your personal plan as things arise or change in your life. You will feel so good that you will never want to go back to life before Wright Wellness.
Why am I so confident about what I offer? Because I have seen acupuncture clients and yoga students return on a consistent basis just because they feel good. You don’t have to be sick to try my program or practice in my yoga classes. But I can almost guarantee you that you will always feel better!
I draw upon over 20 years of experience in the integrative healthcare system, utilizing Western medicine approaches and then designing a program based on good nutrition, mindfulness, acupressure, and movement in the form of yoga or Qigong just for you. I utilize my skills and intuition to guide you on your journey to better health! Join me! I’m waiting for you!

Qi! What am I made of? Energy!
Noël is the creator of Qi Yoga, her signature class that includes yoga, Qigong and acupressure. Combining the subtle energy of yoga, acupuncture meridians, and Ayurveda, this style explores them through Hatha yoga postures and pranayama (breath). Meditation and Mudra (hand gestures) for the 5 elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurveda are introduced.
This yoga style begins with pranayama (breathing techniques) and then a practice set of postures that aim to activate and balance the major acupuncture meridians. Discussion about Traditional Chinese Medicine’s role in our health and well being is discussed as appropriate.
Qi Yoga is for everybody! It is composed of gentle postures, or asanas, that are practiced while the yogin breathes and experiences the physical, mental, and emotional effects of the pose. The name yoga means “union” and suggests a departure point to harmonize the body, mind, and emotions through breath (prana), asanas, and meditation.
Noël’s goal in creating this yoga style is to guide you through the experience of Hatha Yoga and help you alleviate your cares, spend some time in the present moment, and get in touch with yourself.
